Prohibited Content and Sexual Services Advertising Policy
PurposeGoldpages is solely an advertising platform. Goldpages does not permit advertisements that directly or indirectly offer, solicit, promote, facilitate, negotiate, or imply the provision of sexual services in exchange for money, gifts, compensation, consideration, or any other benefit.
All advertisements must comply with applicable Canadian law and these Posting Rules.
Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements.
1. Absolute Prohibition on Sexual Services

- • Any activity that may constitute sexual services for consideration
Any advertisement that suggests, implies, encourages, or promotes sexual activity may be removed without notice.
2. Prohibition on Euphemisms, Code Words, Acronyms and Industry Terminology
Advertisers may not use euphemisms, abbreviations, acronyms, slang, coded language, industry terminology, emojis, symbols, substitutions, deliberate misspellings, or other wording intended to circumvent these rules.
The following terms are prohibited, including variations, abbreviations, misspellings, symbols, spacing variations, or similar expressions.

- • Fetishes
- • Kinks
- • Sexual roleplay
- • Sexual fantasies
- • Sexual positions
- • Explicit sexual acts of any kind
This prohibition applies whether expressed directly, indirectly, graphically, through emojis, symbols, coded language, abbreviations, or images.
4. Prohibited Pricing and Menu References
Advertisements may not include:- • Sexual service menus
- • Lists of sexual activities
- • Pricing for sexual activities
5. Prohibited Images and Visual Content
Advertisements may not include:- • Explicit nudity
- • Display of genitalia
- • Display of anus
- • Explicit sexual activity
- • Simulated sexual activity
- • Images intended to imply sexual services
- • Images containing prohibited terminology
- • Screenshots of sexual service menus
Goldpages may remove images in its sole discretion.
6. Circumvention Prohibited
Advertisers may not attempt to circumvent these rules by:- • Using alternative spellings
- • Using numbers or symbols in place of letters
- • Using emojis to imply sexual services
- • Using foreign language terms for sexual services
- • Using initials, abbreviations, or acronyms
- • Linking to external websites containing prohibited content
- • Directing users to social media, messaging applications, or websites for prohibited discussions
Any attempt to evade these rules will be treated as a violation.
7. Enforcement
Goldpages may, in its sole discretion and without notice:- • Edit or remove advertisements;
- • Reject advertisements before publication;
- • Suspend or terminate accounts;
- • Remove photographs or media;
- • Restrict posting privileges;
- • Cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
8. Interpretation
Goldpages reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether an advertisement directly or indirectly offers, solicits, promotes, facilitates, or implies sexual services.
The absence of a prohibited term from this policy does not mean its use is permitted. Any wording, image, symbol, acronym, euphemism, or communication that reasonably suggests the availability of sexual services may be removed

By posting an advertisement on Goldpages, the advertiser represents and warrants that the advertisement does not offer, solicit, promote, facilitate, or imply the provision of sexual services and complies with these Posting Rules and all applicable laws.
